If you want a yoga experience in a hot room with lots of energy
and great music, this class is for you. Strong poses for your

Vinyasa
"the marriage of breath & movement"
A cardio intensive practice which links breath and movement in
a free flowing sequence. Vinyasa begins with an understanding
of the physical set of movements prescribed as links between
asanas. {Intermediate Level Class}
KUNDALINI YOGA
Emphasis on Breath, mantra, meditation, and movement. This class
is energizing and will help you get in touch with your pranic
energy and chakras. {Beginner Level Class}
Gentle Yoga
A restful practice designed to rejuvenate and restore your body.
This is a beginner level class incorporating light movement and
breath. {Beginner Level Class}
Eischens Yoga
Named after its founder Roger Eischens. Great attention to alignment
and its energetic effect in the body is explored in a practice
of basic postures, transformation work, breath work and chanting.

TIBETAN HEART YOGA
Tibetan Heart Yoga is a sequence of poses taken from ancient
writings intertwined with a meditation called Tong Len (Giving
and Taking). This meditation was given to the teachers of the
Dali Lamas nearly 2000 years ago and has been taught the same
way ever since. Some yoga experience is recommended, however,
every pose will be described and you will be lead through the
entire practice. If you wish to take your yoga to the next level,
this is the class for you. (all levels)
